Step 1:

Keep your existing mobile account active until the number porting is completed with Volt Mobile.

Step 2:

Call 1-888-200-8923 to reach our customer support team. Please have the following information handy: the account holder name on the mobile account; the account number; and the PIN/Password for that account.

Note: this information is usually different from the username and password you used to login to your previous carrier’s website.

Step 3:

We’ll give you an estimated timeframe (usually within minutes) for when the port should be completed. At the end of that timeframe, reboot your Volt Mobile phone and try to make and receive a call. That’s all there is to it!
